How it works
Four steps, and your customer does them in about ten seconds
Two things stop people reviewing you. Finding the review page, and knowing what to write. Reviora removes both.
What your customer sees
Scan · Rate · Draft · Review
The whole experience happens on their own phone, in their own browser, in their own words.
- 01
Scan
Your customer points their phone camera at the card on your counter. The page opens in their browser — no app, no account, no sign-up.
They are never asked for a name, email or phone number.
- 02
Rate
They choose their own star rating, and their language if you have more than one enabled.
Reviora does not pick the rating, and never nudges it upward.
- 03
Draft
A review appears, written from your business's real services and keywords — and matched to the rating they chose.
They can ask for a different draft as many times as they like.
- 04
Review
One tap copies the draft and opens your Google review page. They paste it, change anything they want, and post it themselves.
Reviora never posts. The customer decides whether and what to submit.
What we do first
Before the card reaches your counter
This is the part you do not have to do. Reviora is set up by a person, not by you filling in a form.
We build your profile
Your services, your keywords, your tone and your languages — the raw material every draft is written from.
We design and print the card
Your logo and colours on a card sized for where it will actually sit.
We tell you how it's going
Scans, drafts copied, and Google pages opened — so you know whether the card is in the right spot.
Why a keyword list matters more than it sounds
A business with fifteen real services and keywords gets noticeably better drafts than one with three, because there is more genuine material to vary between. Getting that list right is most of what our setup call is for.
Where it ends
What happens after the tap
Worth being precise about, because plenty of tools in this category are not.
Your customer is on Google, not on Reviora
Once the redirect happens they are signed into their own Google account on Google's own service. We have no visibility into it.
We cannot tell you whether a review was posted
We can tell you how many people copied a draft and reached the review box. What they did next is between them and Google.
Google decides what stays up
Google may filter or remove any review at its discretion. Nobody can promise otherwise, and we do not.
