AI review drafting

Not another copy-paste AI prompt

The easy version of this product asks a model for a review and prints whatever comes back. You end up with twenty reviews that share a rhythm, a vocabulary and a suspicious fondness for the phrase “highly recommend”. Reviora is built to avoid exactly that.

Step one

It starts with your business, not a template

Every draft is assembled from your own profile — the category you are in, how you describe yourself, the city you are in, your real service list and your real keywords.

Which is why the setup call matters

A thin profile produces thin drafts. Getting a genuine list of what you offer and what you want to be known for is the single biggest lever on quality, and it is the main thing our team does before your card is printed.

Step two

Six things change on every single draft

Varied independently, so the combinations do not repeat in any pattern a reader would notice.

Length

Short, medium or longer — chosen per draft, not fixed.

Sentence count

Two or three sentences, varied independently of length.

Writing style

One of several tones, from casual to professional.

Services

A different one of your services is named each time.

Keywords

One or two of yours, rotated — never all of them at once.

Your business name

Included only sometimes, because real reviews are like that.

And the rating leads

A three-star draft reads like balanced feedback. A four-star draft reads like a good visit with a small caveat. Reviora does not turn every review into a rave, because a page of nothing but raves is exactly what looks fake.

Step three

Then it throws drafts away

Variation alone is not enough. A draft has to get past several checks before your customer ever sees it.

  1. 01

    Duplicate check

An exact match against drafts already produced for your business is rejected outright.

  2. 02

    Similarity check

Drafts that reuse too much of the same vocabulary as a recent one are rejected even when the wording differs.

  3. 03

    Quality validation

Emoji, hashtags, quotation marks, any hint of AI vocabulary, and known review clichés all fail the check.

  4. 04

    Retry, then stop

A rejected draft is regenerated. If several attempts still cannot produce something good, Reviora says so rather than showing a weak one.

That last point is the one most worth noticing. A system willing to fail is a system that is actually checking.
