Terms of Service
Last updated 1 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Reviora. By using the service, or by allowing your customers to use a Reviora review page on your behalf, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Reviora, placing a Reviora review card in your premises, or allowing your customers to use a Reviora review page for your business, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you accept these terms on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
2. Description of Reviora
Reviora helps a business make it easier for its genuine customers to leave a Google review. We provide a QR code and printable card linking to a review page for your business, generate a suggested review draft when a customer selects a star rating, and report how often your card is scanned and used.
Here is what Reviora does not do, stated plainly.
- Reviora does not post reviews. Only your customer can post, from their own Google account.
- Reviora does not choose the rating. Your customer selects it, and the draft reflects what they selected.
- Reviora does not guarantee any number of reviews, any star rating, any search ranking, any increase in visibility, any customer acquisition, or any revenue outcome. Results vary between businesses, and depend on factors outside our control.
- Reviora does not control Google and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Google.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You must be operating a genuine business with a genuine Google listing. Reviora is provided for business use, not personal use.
4. Business accounts and managed service
Reviora is delivered as a managed service. Our team or your assigned representative sets up your profile, designs and prints your card, and reports on activity. Business owners are not issued a self-service login, and there is currently no business-owner dashboard.
Administrator accounts exist for our staff and partners only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you supply to us.
5. Trial terms
New accounts may receive a free trial of 7 days. No payment details are required to start one, nothing is charged, and there is nothing to cancel — if you do not subscribe, the service simply stops at the end of the trial.
Trial length is set by us and may be extended at our discretion. During the trial you get the full product, not a restricted version. After expiry your review page remains reachable but stops producing new drafts.
6. Pricing and payment
Pricing is quoted directly rather than published, because it varies by business and location. Your representative will quote you before you commit.
Payment is currently made offline — by bank transfer, UPI, cash or cheque — and confirmed by our team, who record the transaction reference and a payment confirmation image. Your subscription begins when that payment is approved, not when it is submitted. There is no online checkout and no card is stored.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew and do not auto-charge. Before your term ends you will see renewal notices on your review page and your representative will contact you. If a subscription is not renewed, review drafting stops until it is.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will review it.
7. Acceptable use
Use Reviora for the business registered on the account, for its genuine customers, and in a way that does not mislead anyone. Do not attempt to interfere with, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
8. Authentic customer feedback
This section is the most important one, and it is a condition of use rather than a recommendation. You must not use Reviora for any of the following.
- Solicit reviews from anyone who has not genuinely used your business
- Offer payment, discounts, gifts, entries into prize draws or any other incentive in exchange for a review
- Post reviews yourself, or direct staff, family or associates to post reviews
- Filter, gate, screen or discourage customers who intend to leave critical feedback
- Misrepresent who you are, or review a competitor
- Use the service for a business other than the one registered on the account
Breaching these rules puts your Google listing at risk, not just your Reviora account. We may suspend or terminate an account without refund where we believe they have been breached.
9. AI-generated drafts
Review drafts are produced automatically by a third-party AI system, using the business profile you supply. They are suggestions, not statements of fact, and not statements by Reviora.
Drafts are generated from the services, keywords and description you give us. You are responsible for the accuracy of that material — if your profile claims a service you do not offer, drafts may reference it.
Generation depends on third-party AI infrastructure and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable. If the system cannot produce a draft meeting its quality checks, it will say so rather than show a poor one.
10. Customer responsibility for published reviews
The chain of responsibility here is deliberate, and works like this.
- Reviora generates a draft and opens the Google review page.
- Your customer chooses their own star rating.
- Your customer decides whether to use the draft, edit it, or write something else entirely.
- Your customer posts it from their own Google account, under their own name.
A published review is the customer's own statement. Reviora is not the author or publisher of any review posted to Google, and does not control its content.
11. Google and third-party platforms
Reviora is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting on behalf of Google. Google is a trademark of its respective owner.
Google may moderate, filter, delay or remove any review at its sole discretion, and may change its policies at any time. We have no control over and no visibility into those decisions. Compliance with the review policies of any platform you use remains your responsibility.
12. Prohibited uses
In addition to section 8, you must not do any of the following.
- Use the service for anything unlawful, defamatory or deceptive
- Upload content you do not have the right to use
- Attempt automated or bulk generation of drafts outside normal customer use
- Circumvent rate limits or other technical protections
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement
13. Intellectual property
Reviora, including the platform, the card designs, the generation system and the Reviora name and branding, remains our property. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active.
Nothing here transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you, or of yours to us.
14. User content
You keep ownership of your business name, logo, images and descriptions. You grant us permission to use them for the purpose of operating the service — building your review page, your QR card and your review drafts. You confirm you have the right to supply everything you give us.
Review drafts generated for your business are provided to you and to your customers as suggestions, with no ownership claim by us over what a customer ultimately writes and posts.
15. Service availability
We work to keep Reviora available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, third-party outages, or reasons outside our control. We do not offer a service level agreement.
16. Third-party services
Reviora depends on third-party hosting, database, AI and analytics providers. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. See our Privacy Policy for what is shared with them.
17. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reviora is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We make no warranty that the service will produce any particular business outcome. Results vary. We do not warrant that drafts will be suitable for every customer, that reviews will be published, or that published reviews will remain published.
18. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost goodwill, or loss of data.
We are not liable for any action taken by Google or any other platform in relation to your listing or your reviews, including removal, filtering or suspension.
Our total aggregate liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you actually paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Reviora harmless from claims, damages, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms — in particular any breach of section 8, any content you supply that you did not have the right to use, and any claim arising from action taken against your listing by a third-party platform.
20. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where fees remain unpaid. Where a breach of section 8 is involved, we may act without notice and without refund.
You may stop using Reviora at any time by telling us. Your service then runs to the end of the paid period. On termination your review page stops producing drafts.
21. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change, and material changes will be communicated to active customers directly. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
22. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
